2.4 Subscription & Payment Information
NavaGolf provides access to its video lessons through a paid yearly subscription. A valid subscription is required to access and re-watch video lessons as many times as you want. If you choose to purchase a subscription, we may collect and/or receive limited payment-related information.
What data is collected:
- Subscription status (active/inactive), plan identifier, and subscription validity/renewal period
- Transaction metadata such as payment confirmation, transaction ID, date/time, amount, currency, and payment status (success/failure)
- Limited details required for receipts and support (for example, the email address or phone number linked to your account)
We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or complete banking credentials. Payment instruments are handled by the payment processor and/or platform billing system.
Who processes it:
- Razorpay may process payments on our behalf when you subscribe in the App.
- In some cases, payments may be processed through platform billing systems , where applicable and depending on your device/platform.
Why we collect/use it:
- To create and maintain your subscription entitlement
- To enable access to video lessons and allow repeated viewing while your subscription is active
- To verify payments, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes
